Subject: The BYU Qualtrics platform is moving to SSO

Dear BYU Qualtrics User,

To enhance the security of the Qualtrics platform for BYU users, we are excited to announce that BYU will be moving to Single Sign-On (SSO) to enhance security for our Qualtrics platform. This change will take effect on July 1st.

To ensure uninterrupted access to your surveys and data during this transition, please fill out this form by July 1st: Request for Access to BYU Qualtrics Account

If you do not fill out the form by the time SSO is turned on July 1, 2025, you will not lose your data or your surveys. Completing the form will re-enable your access to your data and surveys.

Starting July 1: How to Log in to Qualtrics using SSO

1. Go to surveys.byu.edu
2. Click “Log in to Qualtrics”
3. Sign in with your BYU NetID@byu.edu and password
